Operations of Gida

 

Gida encompasses the combined work of its various Operations, and Chapters within those Operations.

 

The various Operations of Gida individually focus on the rescue of specific aspects of traditional Motu cultural practice that are in danger of irreparable damage, dilution, or extinction, such as pottery, working natural fibres, ancient music, hunting, herbal medicine and bushcraft, to name just a few examples.
